When you connect your workspace, Agent Email OS requests specific permissions (OAuth Scopes) from Google to provide our core functionality. We only request the minimum permissions necessary:

  • Gmail Read/Write: To analyze incoming emails, extract intent, and draft/send responses on your behalf.
  • Google Calendar: To read your schedule and automatically add scheduled events or meetings extracted from emails.
  • Profile Information: Your email address and basic profile info to create and manage your Agent Email OS account.

3. How We Use Your Data & AI Processing

Your emails and calendar events are processed to provide the "Agent" functionality. When an email is received, its content may be securely sent to our trusted AI language models to:

  • Summarize the email and extract action items.
  • Draft context-aware replies.
  • Identify dates and times for automated calendar scheduling.

We do NOT use your private emails or calendar data to train our own AI models, nor do we sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

We prioritize the security of your data. Your OAuth access tokens are securely encrypted and stored in our database. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If you wish to disconnect your Google account and delete all associated data from Agent Email OS, you can do so directly from the settings page in your dashboard or by revoking access from your Google Account security settings.
